Among other things, this article needs some discussion of its history at Los Alamitos High School in Los Alamitos, California before it moved. Blank Verse 04:40, 31 July 2006 (UTC)
Unfortunately it's hard to come across anyone who actually remembers OCHSA at Los Alamitos nowadays. I think the O-Shop and its move to Symphony Hall and the drama that went along with it would be a nice section of History though. -- KevRus 22:50, 10 September 2006 (UTC)
I've edited some of the recent changes to Student Life. Many of the previous changes simply didn't belong in a Wikipedia article. If you have any disagreements feel free to reply here. -- KevRus 06:09, 6 October 2006 (UTC)
I have cleaned up this article. It seems as if students are adding what is mostly opinion and/or information that is not suited for an encyclopedia. Also, the "Notable Alumni" section needs some control to prevent students from adding names that aren't particularly "notable". ( 75.50.103.15 06:31, 12 June 2007 (UTC))
I agree, the article is getting messier everyday as more and more students add unnecessary and sometimes inappropriate content... KevRus 00:47, 22 August 2007 (UTC)
As for changes to the notable students, I am not particularly sure if you are one to decide as to who is and who is not notable. While I agree that some students are adding themselves for unimportant reasons, some are on there because they are notable, whether you know it or not. —Preceding unsigned comment added by The.uncommon.plan. A simple internet search should do. If no hits come up, chances are they aren't really noteworthy enough to be mentioned in an encyclopedia article. ( 76.218.95.34 ( talk) 07:08, 21 November 2008 (UTC))
I'm not sure what Wikipedia policy is, but is referencing an individual's Wikipedia entry (which states their attending the school) sufficient for sourcing an alumni claim? I guess someone could find articles written about them, or better yet interviews in which the person states this fact. -- Beach blvd ( talk) 23:51, 25 August 2009 (UTC)
I went ahead and added 12 non-Wikipedia references to the Alumni section. If others find better articles or references, please go through and add them. -- Beach blvd ( talk) 07:58, 26 August 2009 (UTC) ≥± —Preceding unsigned comment added by Brbgal ( talk • contribs) 02:51, 12 February 2010 (UTC)
