Alright... at this point I'm going to be smart and start taking notes on these little style fixes, which I should be applying through every article I take care of. Of note (let me know if I'm being too broad):
All bold terms should have redirects
Ensure length matches throughout the article (duh hehe... it happens, that's what peer review is for!)
Check for overlinking
No "#", that's for twits
Space between X. X. Blah for names (should it be a non-breaking space between the two initials?)
Almost nothing should have a hyphen; use an em-dash, and maybe once in a blue moon you'll be wrong
Anyways, that said, I've addressed all of your points in the article, except for the overlink of the Ministry of Transportation; the link in the opening sentence for the intersection list is a consistency thing in every highway article as far as I'm aware.
