Merger proposal

I propose that both the Ontario.1024 (computer virus) and the Ontario.2048 (computer virus) articles be merged into the Ontario (computer virus).

I believe that Ontario is a generic DOS infecter of little notability. While the author of these articles has researched this virus very well, as this virus is obsolete in the wild I do not believes it warrants separate articles for its variants and that these should all be mentioned on the same page

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

I also agree with User:Sirkus that the articles should be merged .new sections can be created in this article providing only additional information. Skr15081997 ( talk) 11:48, 13 December 2013 (UTC) reply

That sounds good. Should the title be changed to something like Ontario (computer virus family), or is it precise enough as is? AdventurousSquirrel ( talk) 12:23, 13 December 2013 (UTC) reply
