This Trivia section is not needed. The building is named after the name of the street it is located on, not Devon/Devonshire in the United Kingdom. This trivia fact, while interesting, should be placed on an article about the street, not the building.

Notability?
Article seems to be based on nothing of substance. I can't see any reliable, in-depth news coverage online. Seems to be just a big lump of commercial real estate, of no great note.
