Comment I am inclined to agree with
Anthony Appleyard. (Most) keyboards don't even have those keys on it that I know of and the renaming (of parks in general, not article) is something I have found to be contested. Usual place name is the way to go (unless people suddenly start searching for sx̌ʷəx̌ʷnitkʷ a lot more). --

Oppose I have a fairly recent operating system, and I can't even tell if the characters are rendering correctly. This would be bad for the reader. Redirect if need be.

Noooooo. What is "sx̌ʷəx̌ʷnitkʷ"? If we're going to use this we need to translate it. Does "sx̌ʷəx̌ʷnitkʷ" mean "Okanagan Falls" in Osoyoos? Or something else? We have few if any articles named "长江三角洲" and so forth, let's not make an exception here, even if is the common name (which I doubt, although it may become someday). The legal name is not very important.
