Northsaintpaulresident sockpuppets
Since I blocked
User:Northsaintpaulresident on June 22 for spam-linking to
a personal blog page, a number of single purpose accounts have regularly vandalised this page. Whether it's spam-linking to the blog or adding details like "North St. Paul is the smokiest city in the world", the blocked editor is continually vandalising the page whenever he/she has the spare IP to do so. Just a heads up to all editors viewing this page. --

What I can't believe about this incessant user is that their blog is not even very useful to begin with. It just states every few days when it's "smoky" (as in burning firewood) and what direction the smoke is coming from. Is that really a blog? Sounds like an almanac or weather journal or something. I don't see what value it would add to the page.

Not to mention that this person keeps vandalizing the user page of any user who reverts any of their spam, and is now spamming the pages of surrounding communities. They have a lot of time on their hands.

On the blog, its owner claims that that he/she's been linked to a third-party forum, where those forum users have been "attacking" the page. I tried contacting the blog owner, but he/she's been reluctant to reply to any comments outside of Minnesota, so I can't really investigate that claim any further.
Unless the blog owner responds, I personally don't buy the claims of a third party attack, and believe all the sockpuppets originate from the blog owner, and not the so-called third-party forumers. --
