Keep It's better to leave it this way and let the article grow. Or else it's just going to be created again in a few months when the airline starts official operations. KEEP both articles.

I certainly don't think the article would be re-started in a few months, even the main
Scoot page doesn't have a separate destinations article 3 years after commencing operations, with 13 destinations served comfortably fitting into the main article for ease of reference. The former project guidelines for separation of the destinations section stated that more than 10 destinations in total may justify a separate article, but even this was revised when the
AfD for Porter Airlines destinations concluded the list should remain in the main body of the article. In this case 21 destinations is the total. Why make people go to a separate article for the sake of 3 destinations?

Merge Merging this article with the main article would be a better option since it does not have any ambitious plans for a more than 21 destinations within the first few years of starting-up.
