Dutch, the initials Wuv stand for "Wet uitkeringen vervolgingsslachtoffers 1940-1945", the Victims Prosecution Benefits Act, dealing with reparations for Dutch citizens whose property was confiscated or expropriated during the Nazi occupation of the Netherlands in WWII. --
