I think the Diagnosis: None entry is wrong; the whole purpose of this episode was to show House diagnozing himself as hallucinating. Albmont 23:31, 3 February 2007 (UTC)

Someone put in a "Watch it" link... Should this be removed?
I added information that this is the season finale of season two of House, M.D. AboutUs:NickBurrus —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.38.95.59 ( talk) 04:10, 7 August 2008 (UTC)
"Tell Cutty ... " + "Ketamine", "No [?] Ketamine" or "I want Ketamine"? I heard the second version the first time around, but now I'm not sure. 79.213.99.231 ( talk) 20:17, 19 August 2008 (UTC)
It is "I want" in the rerun that airs on "retroTV". Don't know about the original broadcast.

At the beginning of the episode, Moriarty asks the team which one is House, thus implying that they had never met. In the middle of the episode, which is a hallucination, Moriarty tells House why he shot him, because House, while treating his wife, had badgered him into confessing that he cheated. This inconsistency is excusable since its in the middle of a big hallucination (and perhaps left in to hint that what is happening isn't real), but it doesn't seem to make much sense since House is eventually able to determine that everything is a hallucination by picking up on other much more subtle clues. It doesn't make much sense that he missed such a big clue that it all wasn't real. Yebellz ( talk) 22:57, 16 November 2008 (UTC)
Presumably, he does not remember the man having asked anything. It takes some time for memories of events to become "permanent"; if something traumatic happens, this process is interrupted, and the victim may not remember the last things that happened.
Alternatively, he could have badgered the man on the phone, without the guy ever seeing him.
Or the guy could be a liar. His claim that he was not trying to kill House sounds a little self-serving; maybe he is just saying whatever it takes to avoid murder charges.

Was Moriarty selected at the name of the shooter in the episode, because of the villain Professor Moriarty in the Sherlock Holmes stories by Arthur Conan Doyle, or is that a coincidence? 71.109.154.133 ( talk) 21:47, 1 June 2013 (UTC)
