No they don't: one is a township, and one is a ghost town. There's nothing wrong with having a separate article on the ghost town.

How do you define a ghost town? The town hall and houses where the city of Nininger was are now in Nininger Township. It's the same place.--

Some maps also suggest that Nininger is still an unincorporated community. Maybe we should edit this...--

Don't Merge-Though it may be the same place, theoretically we would have to merge all the rest of the ghost town articles, such as
