White-wash
This page is white-washing the Legion, whose Arais or Arajs Commando leaders had been implicated in the Holocaust. Bruno Streckenbach, German SS General, was one of their leaders. The ordinary soldiers were press-ganged into service to the German Reich after being promised phony "Baltic independence." (Source: The military channel, show on the Arajs Commando).
