This article refers to the nickle being a third corner, which is often true, but to my understanding, not absolutely true. For instance, the Chicago Bears employ their third safety as a nickel, so, in the strictest sense, any defensive back can be a nickleback. Someone with more authority should probably make the changes to the article, though.
