The tone of some of the sections of this article makes it read like a press release bordering on advertising. "Fixing" this issue would require massive cuts to the article and would certainly alter the author's original intent. Unsure how to proceed. Moved Material

I removed a fairly large amount of material from this article to what I felt were more appropriate locations. (1) I took a big chunk from the section on the Yueh Hai Ching Temple and added it to that article, and (2) I created an article on the Ngee Ann Cultural Centre using material taken from this one. Both of those articles (particularly the second one) could still use a fair amount of work, especially in terms of references, but I don't know enough about the topic to do much about it.
