This article is simply far too unbalanced and one sided. I believe that it should be revised (or completely overhauled, should the need arise).

I completely agree. I own the NWO convention book and this article is rubbish. They are totally playable and many players and storytellers may strongly symphathise with the Technocracy's desire to protect people from magick.
