Although the article mentions parts of Neft Daşları being constructed on sunken ships, etc. I'm wondering is it primary supported by fixed structures (like pylons) or could it be considered a floating structure? I've just created
Category:Floating structures and would like to add this one if it qualifies. --

There's a concrete tenement block there, so it can't be floating. That's much too much weight for the time it was constructed. Only modern oil platforms support such weighty masses. --
