Per WP:V and WP:RS, I've tried to update the list in an attempt to resolve periodic conflicts regarding which "nations" should appear in the list (e.g. Palestine and the various countries/territories that either make up the UK or are associated with it). Found table in IAAF noting records by regions (similar regions used by FIFA). Included them here as they relate more towards the national records, more so than world record progression.
