Camp Cachalot
Propose to re-merge
Camp Cachalot back to Narragansett Council. The original merge occurred on September 23, 2008 when Camp Cachalot was moved to Narragansett Council to create the council article. As with most Scout camps, the camp is not a separate entity and has no demonstrated notability outside the council. See

In all documentation, the Council is known to operate as 4 Districts. where does the term "service area" come from, and why was this used instead of the more commonly accepted and understood District?
