In all likelihood, no, which is why I deleted that part of this entry.
And I added it back. She was: a) watched by 2 million people on a weekly basis last summer, b) had 2-3 times the town's population show up at a party for her, and c) had a street named after her and a "Home of Casey LeBlanc" sign put up at the offramp to town. Quite frankly, she could very well be the only Nackawic resident that a large number of people outside NB have ever heard of. If she was from Toronto, I could see how she could be out of place in a list of famous residents, but for a town of 1000, I see no reason why she shouldn't have a one-line mention.

The result of the proposal was move.
Rename:
Nackawic, New Brunswick →
Nackawic
Per
WP:CANSTYLE and
WP:PRIMARYUSAGE, this town should have an article at the undisambiguated name (see also
WP:CANCITY). An internet search which excludes various combinations of this town's name still
produces results exclusively related to it. The undisambiguated title redirects to this article. (I've found a business in Toronto with the name St. Anne Nackawic Pulp & Paper, but that doesn't qualify for this title.)
