"accused of orchestrating the killing, with the motive being life insurance money" -- was he really accused of a motive? Motives are usually not parts of arrests. Facts lead to arrests, not motives. Is there any way of truly proving a motive? --

Thx. Here is the next improvement: I cut "when she was attacked" from the lede because it is redundant. If a person is murdered, that automatically implies that they have been attacked. --
