Greetings. I wonder why this piece has been labelled a mathematics stub. In my humble opinion, it belongs to the field of Economics stubs... This is not an attack on mathematicians. I'm sure they're working much more than we economists in game theory and other related topics... But this topic is within scope of Mathematical Economics. Mechanism Design, to be more precise. I would like to hear your comments before making any edit.
