Whilst my edit was removed some time ago that this post 1988 Mugen Seiki company is related to the old Mugen Engineering, who primarily electric R/C cars, which presumably went bankrupt and re-emerged as the Mugen Seiki today. I do have some evidence to prove that these companies are related together...
