I've seen a lot from kids around my neighborhood. I talk to them a bit, and I hear lots of degenerating things about the District, and how they're a bunch of totalitarian idiots in charge of technology. Any basis for this? —Preceding

Given that there has been no evidence of this presented over the last 14 years, it seems that there is no basis for this.
