The other contested major use of Moga seems to be
Moga, Iran, but it is only a village and with 52 residents.
Moga, Punjab with 150,432 residents seems to be primary topic.

Oppose per
WP:Precision. Also, the article has maintenance issues. I don't know why
Moga, Iran is considered notable.
Moga district is in poor state also. They fail to be
primary topics, even when no criteria have been defined.
