This list seems unrealistic and excessive. There is no way 1 coast guard could possibbly do all of that. Maybe it should be specified that this is what tne "entire" coast guard does?

I am confused. What do you mean by 1 coast guard? This article is about the United States Coast Guard as a whole and the information is about an average day for the entire United States Coast Guard. ---

The article says a "Day IN the coast guard" sort of implying that would be a day for a single person in the coast guard. It should probably be changed to a "Day OF the coast guard".
