Support obviously. Miss České republiky is the official name of the contest. Miss České Republiky is a made-up hybrid trying to mimic the English capitalization in the Czech Republic.--

SupportWP:UE says that If there are too few reliable English-language sources to constitute an established usage, follow the conventions of the language appropriate to the subject. Hence the requester's reasoning. I wouldn't even consider translating the name of the pageant either, as that is useless due to the separate
