It looks like this page was moved to have an exclamation point in the title and the text changed to match. The notes in this edit cited the Minnesota Secretary of State, but no citations were included. Do we have citations to this formal title, or is it just in the logo?
The citations used in this article generally do not use an exclamation point, and the most recent language I can find on the MN OSS's website does not use the exclamation point (

I see! I added a sentence that justifies citing this source so we have it directly linked from the article. It makes sense--I imagine that the addition of the exclamation point to the official name (intentional or not) was made when they applied for minor party status. ~Malvoliox(
