Homosexuality not confirmed, speculation
I remember reading an excerpt (i think Thomas Brehl, one of Kühnen's closest allies, wrote it) where the author claimed that Kühnen wasn't a homosexual and even had a long-running, semi-public relationship with a non-politically involved woman. I don't really recall any direct admittance of Kühnen where he clearly defends and embraces homosexuality and does a proper "coming out" either...
Which is funny considering that the whole section in this article making those claims is completely unsourced too. This whole paragraph should be either supplemented with some sources or re-written. — Preceding

Samar Habib, expert on homosexual middle-eastern women, is hardly an adequate source here. Even the German wikipedia doesn't/can't provide a definitive source for Kühnen's sexuality. Gott (talk) 15:36, 26 July 2022 (UTC)
