Against From a google search, I found that she is known as Melanie Mudry from competing at Miss USA and as Melanie Varian from competing at Mrs. America. Since Miss USA is more notable, I would think that Melanie Mudry is her WP:COMMONNAME. I will add a redirect page for Melanie Varian, though. What does everyone else think?
