Move to "Meatpacking industry"

Opening this up for discussion here. Any thoughts on moving this page to Meatpacking industry?

Meatpacking is one word in American Heritage Dictionary ( [1]), Collins English Dictionary ( [2]), and Meriam-Webster ( [3]).
