Rule discrepancies

It is possible there are multiple variations on rulesets, but I have never heard of certain listed rules of the game, such as the allowance of a matador to be played on any domino without regard to the domino's pip value. 129.22.1.19 ( talk) 06:09, 2 September 2013 (UTC) reply
