His appearance on the show isn't a huge part of the overall character's impact; given that it's a real actor portraying him, it's arguably a tough sell for a non-free screenshot of the character helmetless when you could have an image of
Pablo Schreiber that would fulfill much of the same intent, as well.

Can it be done? Can we just include a picture and Pablo and say "this is what the Chief looks like without his helmet pm the TV show?"

Oppose - it's actually kind of unclear whether the page about the real military rank should be in lowercase. The DOD refers to it in uppercase, such as
here for the page on
Michael D. Stevens. Thus it would constitute a confusing overlap with the real rank, especially since actual Master Chief Petty Officers are referred to as "Master Chief ___". The Master Chief's name came directly from the military rank so it also does not have longterm significance.
