@ Jenniferhrw: I have accepted this draft and moved it into the mainspace. Moving forward, here are a few improvements that can be made (which I'll try to work on myself too, when I have time):

• The article is sourced heavily to Ocala Star Banner; articles based on a variety of sources are ideal. If more information from different sources can be added, that'd be great.
