Has the claim by Timothy Usher been published anywhere? If so, it should be cited. If not then it is original research and does not belong here.

It appears that the statement by Timothy Usher does not meet WP's policy on original research, so I am removing it--copy below for reference
According to Timothy Usher of the Rosetta Project, Meninggo and Meax are very close. They in turn share basic vocabulary and regular sound correspondences with Mantion.
