I am not a wikipedia editor so I don't know the right way to go about it but I wanted to point out that there is an error in the Stake Holders section under the fishing industry subheading. A sentence begins with "University," which makes no sense in context.
This is clearly a badly-edited reference to Candice May of Colorado State University. The same sentence is repeated directly (along with a duplicated cite) in the next section. One or other should be deleted by someone who knows about fishing regulations!
