Original creator of the article here. While I don't believe this to really be an essential, must-have article, the character has had enough coverage and commentary to make an article possible and worthwhile. (As far as policy goes, I think this article does establish
general notability.) Ultimately, of course, the unglamorous reason why Madison has an article and others don't is that I had just played Heavy Rain, was bored, had a day free, and mostly arbitrarily decided to work on Madison specifically. I suspect the sources are out there to enable an article on some of the other characters -- definitely I remember seeing a lot of commentary about
Scott Shelby, perhaps unsurprisingly -- but the ultimate barrier there is that someone has to actually go ahead and write an article about them. –
