I might have agreed with you if there was an actual existing Wikipedia article on the Georgia–Macedonia football sports rivalry, similar to the other articles in
Category:International association football rivalries. But as it is, this would be unnecessary disambiguation. We do not disambiguate for every single subject that we do not have an article for yet.

Web searches ignore punctuation, so they don't notice a difference between a dash, hyphen or comma. A comma and space like this would not be used for football contests. —

Oppose as unnecessary disambiguation until at least another "Macedonia, Georgia" article is created. Until then, hatnotes would be sufficient.
