I added a quote from Glenn Loury about the book being and important work in social policy analysis and influencing the Welfare Reform Acts of 1996, which was deleted. Both Glenn Loury & the WR Acts are blue-linked. Anything I'm missing as to why it would not be relevant ? :) — Preceding
