The table gets completely screwed if you try and order the columns by the various fields. I'd fix it if I could, but I wouldn't really know where to begin.

I don't understand why all the lists are put together. I just wanted to look at the voice actors for GTA IV, why would I want to have to sift through the other games? It's like looking up who played Capt. Kirk in Star Trek and having to find the Shatman among a list that includes the Next Generation, Deep Space 9 and whatever other trek spinoffs there are.
Sorting the list by game was something I did consider, but in the end I decided against it for a couple of reasons. The main reason was that the list is primarily about the actors, rather than the characters or games, so logically it should be sorted by actor. The main purpose of the list is to allow the reader to look up a particular actor and see instantly which character(s) they portray and which game(s) they appear in. If the reader wants to find out who played a particular character, they'd be better off looking at that character's article or the relevant "List of characters..." article. I also wanted to avoid what would essentially have been reproducing each game's manual credits word-for-word. DbamTalk/Contributions14:39, 23 May 2009 (UTC)reply

Any reason why the information in the alphabetical notes isn't put directly in the table? I think there is well enough space for it, and they could still be formatted with
and if it's a question of style.

They were originally in their own column, but I felt it took up to much room and that there weren't enough notes to really justify it. The vast majority of it was just empty space, and I thought the other columns were too squashed up and cluttered. DbamTalk/Contributions21:07, 15 July 2008 (UTC)reply
Sorry I meant directly in the existing cells, not in their own column. Something like this...
Jeffery "O.G. Loc" Cross Billed as "OG Loc" in GTA:SA manual radio credits.
Aah...I see what you mean, I hadn't even thought of that; it looks pretty good and is probably more useful to the reader, not being tucked away down at the bottom. Thanks, I think I'll give it a go. DbamTalk/Contributions19:18, 16 July 2008 (UTC)reply
