The list is missing the second 23 story building at Wells Fargo Center. This building was originally called the Mile High Center and was constructed in the early 1950s. According to verifiable resources the Mile High Center built in 1954 at 1700 Broadway is only 295 feet. Not quite enough to make this list, and never the tallest building in Denver as it's shorter than the Daniels & Fisher Tower. Loft Life ( talk) 04:02, 11 July 2024 (UTC) reply

Can somebody please change the section about the Hyatt being the last building completed at the Four Seasons still being under-construction? Both the Spire and the Four Seasons are now complete and it would be nice to see this referenced in the text. I'd like to make some updates if there's no major objection. Firstly, we should conform to other List of Tallest Buildings (see Seattle, Las Vegas, Toronto) "Freestanding observation towers, while not habitable buildings, are included for comparison purposes; however, they are not ranked." "The Space Needle is not a habitable building,but is included in this list for comparative purposes. Per a ruling by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, freestanding observation towers are not considered to be buildings, as they are not fully habitable structures". This would affect the Elitch Gardens observation tower, and the DIA Air Traffic Control Tower. Secondly, while most other taller city lists limit the list to 400 feet, Denver doesn't have as many, so it's 300 feet for a bigger list, fine. But there's no reason to have buildings listed in the 'Under Construction' or 'Proposed' that will not be 300 feet. Many listed as 'under construction' have been topped out, completed and currently occupied (One River North 175ft, Populus 160ft, Mercer Union Station 150ft), can all be removed from 'Under Construction', but are not tall enough to be put on this list. If I can edit without upsetting anything, I will also include references from skyscrapercenter.com (page for the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat) for each building.
