This list includes the names of the people who were killed by non government groups such as LTTE, TMVP, JVP, EPDP etc. which is a clear violation of the core content policy Neutral Point of View of Wikipedia. Unless reliable sources are provided to attribute these killings directly to the SL gov. forces, those names should be removed from this list to keep the neutrality.-- LahiruG talk 07:20, 11 August 2015 (UTC)
