I've removed the source and the entry from the meantime until we reach concensus if we should include it on the list. Bandera is an editorial tabloid, which is clearly an unreliable source. Bandera mentioned Darryl Yap as a source, and Darryl Yap himself, mentioned Wikipedia as his own source. This is a clear example of circular reporting (like what happened to the Alan McMasters article, that claimed to be the inventor of the oven toaster, and news sites citing Wikipedia as a source, but it turns out it was a prank) I always want to maintain neutral point of view and this is in no way made with any political motive, I believe Wikipedia takes this certain matter seriously for it's credibility, so discussion on the talk page is needed.
Another reason is since it's an unverifiable claim, the IMDBPro analytics (although it's not reliable too but has no conflict of interest because it didn't come from the producer or director itself) states that the film grossed $500,000 worldwide.–A6397T A L K!17:28, 7 January 2024 (UTC)reply
Because that is the same press conference where Darryl Yap mentioned Wikipedia as it's source so the information is not reliable. Besides, the article is a promotional article because the author is a PR strategist according to her LinkedIn profile, all of her written articles in Manila Bulettin are paid to be published for promotional purposes. -–A6397T A L K!15:30, 8 January 2024 (UTC)reply
According to Wikipedia, paid promotional content can't be used as a reliable source. Even Forbes, a deemed reliable source posts promotional articles. -–A6397T A L K!15:41, 8 January 2024 (UTC)reply
The Google search result is not a reliable source as it reflects the Wikipedia article of the film, I am not removing the figures on the article of the film but on this list, the best scenario is to leave it as it is because there are no official sources aside from Darryl Yap himself that shows that amount. Even PEP.ph is sketchy about the said figures,
[2], it said "kumita umano" or "allegedly earned". The IMDBpro website only tallied 27 million PHP, and that was data directly from the cinemas. I am reverting your edit without any political motives. I just wanted to make sure that the list provides accurate information, the data from the article itself can stay that way. –A6397T A L K!16:23, 8 January 2024 (UTC)reply
You don't have a reliable source that will support the ₱750 million claim, yet you keep adding that movie on the list. I will report you if you don't stop vandalizing the article.

Previously, part of this list is the Maid in Malacanang which has a gross of 600 million plus. However, in its current list it has been omitted. I don’t know if it was done on purpose or was accidentally removed. In whatever case I hope this list will be corrected and be edited based on facts and not biases.
