Muhammad Nadi Pasha and "Geigler Pasha"

Does anyone know if these two are the same person? The source listed says "Geigler Pasha" ruled from Feb 1882 - May 1882, but this list gives Muhammad Nadi Pasha. -- Fang Aili ^talk 18:55, 6 March 2012 (UTC) reply
