All lists must have clearly defined inclusion criteria
Every entry should meet the
notability criteria for its own article.
Red-linked entries are acceptable if the entry is
verifiably a member of the list, and it is reasonable to expect an article could be forthcoming in the future. This prevents
indiscriminate lists, and prevents individual lists from being too large to be useful to readers.
This list fails most of these requirements in that:-
There are no clearly defined inclusion criteria
Many of the entries are not "
verifiably a member of the list" in that they have neither an article nor a reference
As per the above rules, all redlinks, without a citation, should be removed
Redlinks with a citation, should only remain if it is "reasonable to expect an article could be forthcoming". (although how this can/should be assessed is unclear)
Personally, I would like to avoid this indeterminable criteria and "limit the list to entries with a Wikipedia articles", and delete all redlinks - as point 3 above and most other similar lists - but that is a matter for consensus.
I invite comments on the elimination of all redlinks, but will remove redlinks, without citations, as per the above rationale
