This list is still short, but I am going to add municipal bus services here, which in many cases are ordered by the municipality itself, and not any provincial organization. I also wonder if this page should cover all Nordic countries, so it would be possible to include the provincial public transport agencies of Sweden, Norway etc. -- Kattimattinen ( talk) 17:59, 3 June 2022 (UTC) reply
