I agree. Those aren't quite the same thing. They're remarkable and they belong on this page, but shouldn't be classified the same as
The Aroostook War or
The Honey War. It looks like a few additional classifications, then: one for real military involvement (The Aroostook War), one for unresolved politics (Huéscar), and one for large societal conflicts that resemble mob action (Dodge City War).
