Chargé d'affaires changes

Considering how the current representative from the United States is a Chargé d'affaires, I will be removing style from the infobox. Additionally, his Excellency isn't used for Ambassadors.
As MaryKay is a woman, she should be referred to as Chargée d'affaires.
