Some differences between the Japanese LN and anime subs
English LN (Yen Press) |
Japanese LN (English type in character profiles) |
Anime subs (Crunchyroll) |
Anime website (English type in character profiles) |
Notes and other translations |
---|---|---|---|---|
Ferris [1] | Felis | Felix Argyle, does not list nickname in English [2] | ||
Petelgeuse | Betelgeuse | Petelgeuse Romaneeconti [3] | ||
Puck | Pack | Puck | Pack [4] | |
Julius Juukulius | Euclius | Julius Juukulius [5] |
So far only Ferris and Pack have actually been written in the Japanese LNs character pages. I think they are the names that should be mentioned in this article for now. And by mentioning, I don't mean replacing Puck with Pack, but simply noting it. Below Puck would be a good place. Same for Felix's nickname. KilluaX3 ( talk) 15:39, 11 October 2016 (UTC)

Emilia does not merely resemble Satella, she is Satella. Near the beginning, she tells Subaru that her name is "Satella" and when she said that she was telling the truth. She appears to have dissociative identity disorder (split personallity) resulting in her amnesia regarding her actions as Satella. Later in the story the leader of the witch's cult addresses Emilia as Satella and professes his loyalty to her despite her inability to recall her past. 108.51.97.145 ( talk) 06:47, 25 February 2020 (UTC)
As is with the Caulifla and Kale & Broly articles, I proposed to split the four characters into its own articles:
Feel free to search for both Japanese and English language sources about these characters. --- 184.147.23.235 ( talk) 22:23, 30 July 2021 (UTC)
Not enough content to warrant a separate article nor are they notable enough to warrant a separate article (are they known beyond anime fandom?). KyuuA4 ( Talk:キュウ) 20:45, 22 April 2022 (UTC)
The idea of having articles is having content that passes WP:Notability. Some isekai protagonists have a tendency to have certain aspects that make them... notable enough to have articles from third party sources. Say Subaru, Naofumi or Rudeus. It's about writing how the characters have impact in real life reviews, cosplay, controversy, etc. If Emilia and the other display such information, I believe they deserve having such articles. If somebody is interested in making articles, I advise writing first in sandbox and borrowing content from Subaru. There is an citation in Subaru's article that might help Emilia also have an article. The easiest way to find notable sources is searching through google scholars as they tend to write more in-depth content if available. Tintor2 ( talk) 19:43, 18 October 2023 (UTC)
