I don't understand this list article

This is a very strange list article. It currently lists a little over 100 films, most of which are avowedly international released in the English language. Is any particular verifiable criterion being used (or proposed) for inclusion? -- Tony Sidaway 22:42, 5 August 2007 (UTC) reply
