Dear friend, Russia and Kazakhstan are located in Eurasia, i.e. they have every right to be Europeans. The Russian Federation clubs participated in the Hockey Champions League without dividing into the western and eastern parts. Football teams of Kazakhstan play in European competitions. Both states are secular. And in general, the division of one continent into two parts takes place on paper. As a result, Russia and Kazakhstan have every right to be Europeans, including by geographical location.
