I believe there are entries which should be on this list but are not. I have visited and photographed the historic library in Cloquet, which is now a museum, and I think it was a Carnegie library. I have been told by a St. Paul librarian that five were established in that city; this list gives three.

Fergus Falls
The Fergus Falls entry is in pink, indicating the building is no longer standing, but the description says: "Built 1905, now offices." Google street view for 121 Union Street North shows something that looks like a 1905-era building largely covered by a much more recent structure.
